Sorry I haven't said anything in a while. This is one of those infinitely dissatisfactory posts to let you know that I've just lost the motivation to keep a journal for the time being, and that I'm still alive, I wasn't mowed down by a reckless driver on the highway -- nothing bad has happened to me, nothing at all. Except having my eyebrows tweezed for the first time. (It wasn't my idea, but I'll try most anything once.) Oww. Long-lost twin indeed, Ms. Slithy-Tove: why would any woman submit herself to such an ordeal on a regular basis?

Now, to track down Emmett. He's disappeared with my car.
