near as i can tell, it's a just web-based thing. the rest of the cast and website is pretty lame, and it seems almost all the traffic is going to Strong Bad's email.

by the way, i should mention that i latched onto this whole thing well into its stint as a meme. the truly hip (such as our neighbor Ms. Kidchamp) knew of Strong Bad long ago. :)
